In 2015 there was a great progress about migrating ODF and LibreOffice in Taiwan. The National Development Council in Taiwan started a 3-year project to ask all the government units in Taiwan to use ODF instead of OOXML as a national standard file format to exchange. There are also several successful story about migrating LibreOffice. In 2016 the Genesis Foundation, a very big NPO in Taiwan, started a project to migrate LibreOffice too. This talk will give a brief view of how we do and push it in Taiwan.
